Return & Exchange Policy
At Eternal Flame Candles, we take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your candle arrives broken due to shipping, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Exchange Criteria:
- The candle must be unused.
- You must provide a clear photo of the damaged candle to our customer service email: realeternalflame@gmail.com.
- The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The broken candle must be returned to us in order to ship out the new candle.
Once we receive the photo of the candle, we will verify the damage and start processing your exchange.
